I got good Dr news the other day

Ive improved all my blood markers with just diet and my sad effort of lifting weights about once a month and intermittent spasms of using my exercise bike.

Im totally chuffed.
Im a bit of a lazy fuck really

The only 'ugh' part is - she gave me six months to bring everything up to 'optimum'.

This means i need an execise routine.
And no junk food ....AT ALL

SERIOUSLY?!

Im an unwritten project
Im an unsorted box
My life is a kitchen junk drawer.

Sje expects me sort my shit out in 6 months?!

I can't even sort out my work bag

lol you can do it! I’m so lazy it would take me some effort just to start. Then organizing things would be very difficult for me I might have to get me some help.
I drive a crane truck at work did it for 10 years , I still can’t organize my tool boxes! Lol
@specman 😂

its funny really - at work , im organsied as SHIT.
Yet, my life, my schedule, my flipping bedroom! .....chaotic as all get out.
My paper work filing system is my fridge😏

@OogieBoogie I’m very disorganized and lazy at home, but I am not lazy at work. I don’t know why exactly, all I have are guesses.

Well, ultimately the change will allow you to live longer. Once you do some exercise, preferably am, you’ll start to have a greater appreciation of yourself. It really becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy if you don’t quit on yourself.

Cut carbs
Cut sugar
Stop snacking
Exercise daily for 30 minutes.

You’ll impress yourself. That’s what matters most.
@Adogslife exercise is difficult to incorporate as im a shift worker, up at 4:30.
I aint getting up earlier😩😂

@OogieBoogie That makes sense. It’d have to be when you get home then, but it is important…even if it’s just starting with a walk.
I'm glad the Dr. news was good. Keep it up. You can do this.
@PhoenixPhail oh i hope so. Im not really an exercise fan. That's going to be a challenge.
@OogieBoogie I hope you're able to keep up with it. It probably won't take too much time out of your day.

Sounds like you’re doing really well, actually!
@Harmonium1923 ive had some immune issues, and been a little slack lately diet-wize, so i was expecting not so great results.

So this was really good. My cholesterol isnt brilliant, but its lower, and my other markers are now where they should be. Keep on keeping on i suppose🤷‍♀
