Ignoring the feed algorithm that causes us so much angst and frustration, what would you like to see changed or added to SW?

I'd like to see the population grow a little more.
We need more peeps

Groups chats would be kinda cool. I've heard people have those on aps. I am not in one but only problem I'd see is the issue of hurt feelings because some wouldnt see others and be like ' who you talking to?' Because so and so has this person blocked etc. Lol

I think a large part of the problem is that the membership/active user numbers are dying off... that and the perv/fetish fake account users who are running off people.

I also think social media is dying out in favor of the X-type tweet sites. I kind of feel like people are less inclined to want to connect and more inclined to rant, spread hate and discord, etc.

Group chat might be good.

Better searching of who has similar interests, given the title of the site.

I agree with those saying need more people. Well more people I relate to. Have to say recently I've felt more and more like an outsider looking in rather than an engaged member here.

There is so much more I’d love to post but I never do. It’s just not worth it with the seedy under belly of users here and multiple profiles. We also don’t have enough users to make those meaningful similar worlds connections. They need to make this site 18+ and work on removing the fetish aspect for there to be space to make truly meaningful groups and posts but I don’t see that happening. Some sort of authentication process to have an account might help with user accountability.

Change in the mindset of SW admins and moderators.

When I joined SW around 6 years back. There was term "Story" what they call it Post/Question/experience now. And there was no separate field for title and they used to fetch few initial words from the content of your main post to show it as title.

I pointed that out in my first post here. But you can see how the moderator, instead of accepting the issue, making excuses. And now they themselves has added that and made it mandatory.

I think group chats would encourage too many clique groups and others would feel excluded that find it intimidating.

Dump.the algorithm for sure.
Id like it id the 'favourites' feature did something. I assumed our faves would act like a 'preferred' list and those peeps ( friends, fave posters) would show up in our feeds more regular.... but....they dont. 🤷‍♀️

I'd like to see a fight club! No holds barred, dirty nasty, nothing off limits. Insults, name calling, parental linage... Let's git er dun!!

I'm sure nobody wants to hear what I would like to change.

All I want is the feed to go back to the way it was before all the changes
