Anyone have a YouTube channel? I have been singing as a hobby for 30 years. Ive done karaoke...

I made one just so I could share videos with people on SW. Of course YouTube is open to the world, but I disabled comments so nobody can bother me there. I seldom visit or log on anyway.

Setting it up is easy. All you need is a Google Account. I already had a Google account that I set up for my smartphone. I made a new Google Account for SW, then set up a channel and started uploading videos. See here:

I have never tried to make money off it, though. I do not know how, anyway. Everything I have posted on there I have linked to in at least one SW post, and it is all free on SW.

Honestly, Tik Tok is where the singers are right now. Youtube has stuff too and its worth just looking at what other people are doing though.

I once had a youtube channel until it got shut down by some moderators but you have to be careful what you post, some topics are too liberal and they may red flag it. Three red flags and it's deleted. Just a few pointers. It is a lot of fun and you reach many. People around the world will experience your creative side. Good luck

I haven't got one but im thinking it could be good in away for your anxiety as you not really performing in front of others you doing it in private.

If you get on and friends or friendly with your neighbour who has a channel ask them for help and advice.

I definitely think you should give it a go
