I Feel Awful

I feel awful not sleeping got stomach ache not eating just feel tired and really sick . If I could sleep would help but suffer with insomnia and my dam brain wont shut up and let me sleep sorry just venting hate this .

You should excercise before go to slèep. I did it every night. You should try this video but you can skip the floor excercises.
I bought a gym bike from Facebook Market for £30. It was the best buy. Sometimes, I cycle 20 mins before go to sleep.
