I Feel Awful

I feel awful not sleeping got stomach ache not eating just feel tired and really sick . If I could sleep would help but suffer with insomnia and my dam brain wont shut up and let me sleep sorry just venting hate this .

When that happens to me it's usually anxiety and/or depression manifesting. Could that be it for you too? If so, seek help.

@BarbossasHusband Yes going to ring my gp in the morning cant go on like this .
