@Mindful I don't understand the question.

@samueltyler2 oh, I thought you meant that House was based on your book…
samueltyler2 · 80-89, M
@Mindful no, it was allegedly based on the Roueche book.

@Lostpoet well… it’s just the beginning but I seriously shed off parts to make one of critics pacified. Now I have to do a couple of more edits, and move on to the younger critics. More edits,Then an illustrator. Then an actual child, then a read aloud to some children … and depending on that, more edits? Then some marketing then , then, and then and then we shall see. :-)

@SW-User can you tell me how long does it take you to sketch a small white dog in the front yard of a neighborhood ?
Do you use /do digital drawings? Their just easier to manipulate

@Mindful Depends how much detail in both the dog and back yard, if you give me some sort of example I can probably tell more or less?

Really?
I was thinking about that years ago ...but for autistic children ....like teaching style books on things they gotta deal with.
But ...life gets in the way
I did do one years ago as a gift for a friend's son. It was like a where's wally alphabet , but it was an ant travelling through an alphabet city, and you had to find him on each page .
But it was a one off gift .
Good luck with it . Hope you show us once it's published 🤗

@OogieBoogie yes, if children like it, and parents enjoy it, I will most certainly share. It’s a process. The illustrations matter to me as much as the story. My favorite artist takes too long, my next artist will insist on drawing her own thing, so I need to find someone between whimsical but realistic at the same time. It’s very hard to find someone who will listen…without feeling insulted.

@Mindful hope you find the right artist to get the feel you want .
