It depends on if it is the weekend. But I usually set an alarm 30 minutes before I need to wake up.

I haven't used an alarm in years. I always wake up in plenty of time and I love to get up early.

In the past four years... I've needed an alarm less than 10 times (except for early flights).

I don’t need an alarm. I’m up around 4 every morning.

I never set an alarm. Don't need to. When I wake up naturally I usually get out pretty quickly. 5-10 minutes.
