a few common reasons for dificulty waking up:
-you ate sugar yesterday in the evening (or lots of carbs, like pasta or white bread)
-you didn't drink enough water yesterday
-you drank alcohol yesterday
if I even have just one chocolat bar I will wake up groggy in the morning

@Stereoguy so a high carb snack and possibly some dehydration because of the high salt content. maybe try to drink lots of water.
