I like my boots, but I will take them off if it enhances the walk. The rivers near where I live are shallow enough to walk along the beds in the summer. I can take off my boots and socks and get a new perspective on old surroundings 馃檪
@SunshineGirl Walking barefoot certainly enchances any hike just the feeling of all the different textures and temperatures under bare soles makes it feel somewhat special
