get a dog and get out walking it you will meet lots of new friends that way .

how can you be bored? there is more to do in a day than you can possibly get done. you need to work on your car. mow the yard and trim the bushes. clean the house. shop for food. make meals. lift weights. watch movies as your lifting weights. Read the newspaper. answer emails. 🍪

Learn a new language.

Go out into nature and be at one with the critters.
Sit by the closest pond/lake and enjoy the water birds.
Go watch sporting matches.
Take a hot air balloon ride.
Go to the botanical gardens, take pictures.

Take a class, do voluntary work, join a club or group.

Volunteer doing something you are passionate about. That’s a great way to make friends with people that you have something in common with.

Anything can be a hobby! Knitting, house building, painting (pictures and houses), driving, modifying cars or bicycles, cooking, the list is endless.

I write computer programs for fun, and sometimes dabble in electronic hardware.

I read, I write, I watch movies,I camp,I fish, I walk,I play video games, I listen to music. I do lots of stuff, and I haven't had a drink in over eight years.
