@Miklee02 we got 2 inches of snow here and schools are closed. Dan lit a fire for me this morning and brought in plenty of firewood. it's 24 degrees now

Don't people make similar jokes about freezing their butts or bollocks or whatever off on cold days in the UK, or do they use a different saying? Well...It's a common kind of joke/saying in my part of the world so I guess I don't think twice saying it too. But maybe it really is that much colder out here that everyone jokes about it constantly...

I probably didn't think it through enough. 😅 Not my best attempt at a joke, I'll admit. Lol

@iamonfire696 I work outside in it. We got lucky and there is no wind so it doesn’t feel that bad.

@Sapio🥶 we had a spot of cold temperatures similar to that some days ago.

Today it was finally 3 degrees Celsius/37 degrees Fahrenheit. Felt like a summer day in comparison. 🏄‍♀️

@Scribbles I know exactly what you mean. That's like where I live. We get chinook winds and the temperature can jump to above 0°C from -25°C in a matter of hours.
