The hot water valve on the tub has gotten difficult to turn off. I know i need to change out the entire tub's faucet, handles and all, down to the pipes. Still pretty much one armed, so it's a wait thing.
Every morning, after gf's shower, i have to go and turn the dripping hot water off. Every morning. Did i say every morning?
