Can someone just cut me open?

These stones really hurt 😭😡. It’s been in the same exact spot for days now and it really hurts.

I never had stones in my life and then my wife started buying cracker barrel cheese and crackers and grapes and I ate them down savagely. I got the stones twice until I put two and two together. Haven't had them since.
Just ridiculous amount of sharp agonizing pain.
