Old dream's shitty sequel

So, i just had a dream that's basically a sequel to one I had as a kid. I used to be terrified of it when i was younger and i haven't thought about it in years, but this one just felt like a shitty rehash of the first one and kinda a rip off of The Shining, mainly what happens to Jack Nicholson's character. It just made me feel weird cause it involves gruesome stuff in my POV. It probably came back cause of either immense anxiety from work yesterday, slow mental deterioration or both
