I'm losing it

Yesterday I learnt that my gf would sleep in her exe's house after they went clubbing together. First of all, I'm not a jealous person overall I mean I gave her the freedom to do whatever she wanted with whoever she wanted but when I heard that she would sleep in his house I felt truly sad and blocked her immediately cause I couldn't hear any more I need help what should I do now?

It’s okay to tell her what you’re uncomfortable with her doing. And if she’s okay with making you uncomfortable after setting reasonable boundaries like this, Then she doesn’t care about you.

And I know you’re not the jealous type and trust her.

But you’ll be shocked at how deceiving people can be. I know you only trust her because you wouldn’t do anything to hurt her if it was you. But not everyone thinks like you.
