As you rightly said, it's all mixed up. Quite possibly you are interacting orally with too many people at the same time, on phone. Learn to first switch off the phone at times like this, and think and reply to people. Most people don't realize that, they get possessed by people through phone, because neither know when to end it, and it gets argumentative. So stop replying people on call / on demand basis, and switch to messaging or emailing. Cut the call if any of them start to shout. After a few times, they will learn. OR put them off by putting the phone on mute and let them shout, and after a while, say "hello" and say that your phone goes to mute when someone shouts.

Calmly sit with a paper and pen, and start writing all your issues down and prioritize which one is more critical. Then find a solution to each problem. Don't worry about problems that doesn't concern you. The art is to buy time and get relief from the tight situation.

Do you have any friends from your past who always seemed to lift you up? When I was in grad school, i found my self feeling like you are. Then out of the blue, the girl who was my first "girlfriend" when we were 11 and remained my friend forever just stopped by where I was working. She was and is a very positive person, and she totally lifted me out of the doldrums and gave me renewed confidence in myself. An hour with her changed my whole attitude. See if you can find that person and get with them.

I think you first need to identify and list each specific problem youre having in each category..

Once you recognize the specific issues, come up with a list of solutions for each one.

What changes need to be made to make it a success? Etc..

If you want to talk it through and want more help on it.. im open to helping you best i can, based on my personal experiences and what has worked for me.
