Losing sleep. Over workplace stuff.

Write it down.
Every fact; every word; get it physically out of you.
You'll probably feel exhausted afterwards but it will be there in black and white as you see it.

Psychologically it's a way of transferring all that pent up frustration and anger so you don't have to carry it physically.

Then you'll sleep better.

And I wholeheartedly agree !
Some folks you work with can do that to you !
