Same here so what did I do about it at 312 lb you tell me I didn't look like a Pillsbury doughboy. So what I started doing was eating broccoli cuts mixed vegetables and lettuce a tomato, quartered onion and buying those little packets of ranch dressing that seems like and if you throw away in a couple of hot dogs you're still talking 6-700 calories per meal!!
In a large saucepan, spray cooking spray, add 1.5 cups broccoli (Frozen) 1 cup mixed veggies (frozen) chopped Cut up tomato, chop onion add to pan.
In large bowl add your cut up lettuce a quarter of the head chopped up spread it out cook everything on the in the pan till it's at least heated up decently then slide it off into the bowl cover with one of those packets of ranch dressing cans ranch dressing.
Salt lightly, mixed together.
