Im sorry if I vent too much about my personal issues like with my body, my family, my appetite, etc.

I just feel like I don’t really have a safe place to talk about my feelings. I do see a therapist but I only see her once a week and I’m not able to see her since she’s not always available to speak to me outside of sessions. Of course it’s not her fault - she’s very busy). However, I feel like I can’t bottle my feelings inside so that’s why I feel the need to post on here. I understand it’s not important stuff.

do not get me wrong do not mind you venting and getting it off your chest as you will go crazy otherwise. perhaps you need more sessions with your therapist too as what you are having is not really working. busy or not you sound like you need some real extra help from your therapist and maybe needs too find the time somewhere[mylegguy2020]
