Im sorry if I vent too much about my personal issues like with my body, my family, my appetite, etc.
I just feel like I don’t really have a safe place to talk about my feelings. I do see a therapist but I only see her once a week and I’m not able to see her since she’s not always available to speak to me outside of sessions. Of course it’s not her fault - she’s very busy). However, I feel like I can’t bottle my feelings inside so that’s why I feel the need to post on here. I understand it’s not important stuff.
