Have to vent somewhere

I told him I’d take him out today for his birthday which is tomorrow.

So, today he tells me he is going out with his mom and sister (his mom isn’t comfortable around me, so I don’t go out with her). I guess my offer wasn’t good enough??!!!

It’s not like I’ve been depressed or anything. Now I’m sitting home alone on a day off. At least I have my dog.

But my husband is a jerk.

perhaps it is not his fault and it is more the case of his mother sticking the boot in by asking him without consulting you first of your plans 😆 some of you woman can rather be a spiteful race at times you know [dewkissedrose ]

@smiler2012 while I could see this being the case for many, it wasn’t here. He made the choice. Then when he came home to fight with me, he turned it around to be my fault. Emotional abusers only know how to abuse.
