Stress reactions are weird.

I have never had this before but have found i am clenching my jaw for a good part of the day. I force myself to relax when i notice it but it keeps coming back.
No real question here, just a comment about how odd it is.

Place your tongue against the roof of your mouth and let your teeth fall slightly apart with your lips barely touching. Each time you realize you're clenching, do this, and it will eventually become a habit

Better get a mouth guard to sleep in, or you'll likely damage your teeth in your sleep.

You might try taking a few deep breaths when you notice this happen. Also try clenching the abdominal muscles, it seems to take most of the face muscles out of play.
