Feeling anxious

So i was hopping my wife might be able to help out and take the kids to one of the parties they have today but of course she has plans.

The idea of meeting a bunch of new parents and explaining myself over and over again is stressing me out.

I didn't sleep last night
My head hurts
My stomach hurts
My arm hurts.
My chest hurts

Going to be a long day. Gotta pull it together for them.

As a couple, raising kids should be a joint effort. You seem stressed out, and you just want a like mind3d individual to see your side of the story. Some people are selfish, some people are cruel, and then other people are door mats. Stop being a door mat! Shes the mother 24/7 and you arevthe father 24/7. NOBODY gets a day off when kids are involved. Hang in there, stress less and enjoy your kids more, it will be okay!

@CloudAngel80 we are separated right now. I have the kids most of the time.
As i said thus few months ive struggled with some health issues.

I always work these types of things up so much in my head, guess what? They never turn out as big/bad/scary as I make them out to be before. I bet you’ll feel much better once it’s all done and over with
