Feeling anxious

So i was hopping my wife might be able to help out and take the kids to one of the parties they have today but of course she has plans.

The idea of meeting a bunch of new parents and explaining myself over and over again is stressing me out.

I didn't sleep last night
My head hurts
My stomach hurts
My arm hurts.
My chest hurts

Going to be a long day. Gotta pull it together for them.
