I apologize for taking this seriously. I was active in preventive medicine and car safety was a major part of what i did!
hundreds of people died every day in car crashes! the rate is only a fraction, if people are in modern cars with air bags, and they wear seat belts. A friend's cousin just died in a head on collision when he was in a classic 1980s car.

@Likestoenjoylife That happened with me, as well. Not from parents, but from one of their friends. I don't think anyone knew the effects of second-hand smoke at that time.
