This is prime time for you to get your shit together. This could become a problem that follows you into your 30s and 40s and becomes a bigger problem. Delay avoidance. Even if your only sitting with the feelings for a minute or two before you move on to distraction, you will build up the capacity to handle the emotions. And try to name what exactly your feeling. At least then you have a place to start when your ready to deal with it. If you start feeling horny out of nowhere, ask yourself if you have anything else stressing you.... For me I would "randomly" get horny throughout the day and it took decades to figure out if was a stress response and half the time I wasn't even really horny.
