Hate trying to sleep.

I have a ton of things on my mind, like problems, bills, and loneliness. I spend my day distracting myself by biking, walking, eating, and gaming just so I don't think about them. But the moment I'm about to sleep, all the stuff I want to avoid just dumps into my head. Like, bro, wtf.

I kind of have a complete upset. I’ve got a house, full of grown children and grandchildren. I worry about bills that keeps me up at night and other things that keeps me up at night. I can’t sleep during the day. I can only sleep at night when it’s dark and quiet and I am comfortable.

This is prime time for you to get your shit together. This could become a problem that follows you into your 30s and 40s and becomes a bigger problem. Delay avoidance. Even if your only sitting with the feelings for a minute or two before you move on to distraction, you will build up the capacity to handle the emotions. And try to name what exactly your feeling. At least then you have a place to start when your ready to deal with it. If you start feeling horny out of nowhere, ask yourself if you have anything else stressing you.... For me I would "randomly" get horny throughout the day and it took decades to figure out if was a stress response and half the time I wasn't even really horny. Which is why I was so unfulfilled in so many cases. Take care of yourself guy❤

need physically release your anger\frustration somehow. screaming, smashing something, write it out on paper and burn it. or it will become a cancer and ruin your health
