So I tend to express my hurt or sadness as anger

or frustration. What im disguising are pleas to be important and cared for. Eeeeyuck! Cant believe im here.. again.

Yes. I relate. I'm learning to take a deep breath and try and ask 'how am I really feeling?' before reacting but there can be a lot to feel stressed, sad or frustrated about and lots of daily challenges.

The more you are able to read your own inner world, no matter how many layers it contains, the more you're able to evade the people who would take advantage of the softs bits that yearn to be embraced. Anger can be vulnerability.
