So I tend to express my hurt or sadness as anger

or frustration. What im disguising are pleas to be important and cared for. Eeeeyuck! Cant believe im here.. again.

Yes. I relate. I'm learning to take a deep breath and try and ask 'how am I really feeling?' before reacting but there can be a lot to feel stressed, sad or frustrated about and lots of daily challenges.
