Neither, is my guess. And that is all I -- like everyone else -- has: a guess. The body dies and turns to ashes or degrades back into feeding other organisms depending upon burial; if anything remains of the energy, I suspect Mosscamp the Robot is correct and it is only "remnants" that might surface in other future beings.
