Why is it so bad to want to die?

I know it sounds dark but, when you have nothing or no desire to to do anything or not anyone that wants anything to do with you. Why is is endless sleep and peace so bad?

I constantly visualize gory ways of dying, I face sometime I’ll lay in my bed like a dead body befor I sleep to replicate something I feel or seen.
