My dad’s dying
Dad is about to pass away in the hospice. I’m gonna have to fly from Oklahoma to Michigan pretty soon.

It’s all perspective brother.
Your father isn’t gonna be in pain anymore and he’s going on the best vacation we could ever imagine, with all his loved ones long since passed. Celebrate his life, and make sure to tell him “you love him” and that “you forgive him” before he goes on his journey. Untill you see him again on the other side of the river

Trust me bro, the absolute worst part about death is the suffering and the build up to it. You’ll see, he’ll be finally at peace when it’s done. You just gotta be strong.
