It's not really worth giving other people that much power over your being.
It's okay to live just for yourself to see what experiences you can have.

@SW-User But to a point people control my salary, whether have a job, whether I have Friends/GF

@Lonelyandyb yes we are in an interconnected society and our survival depends on each other. But there is also an element of freedom you can have that doesn't depend on what other people think or feel about you.
Maximise on that.
What will it matter who misses you when you are dead? Why not focus on how life can be when you are living?
Raaii · 22-25, F
ofcourse everyone will miss you
Those who love you will cry
Generally speaking I do feel sad when I get to know of someone passing away suddenly
We're like that
But at the end it's not worth it
Dying just to see who's missing
No please
Just live happily
mindstruggle · 31-35, F
But would you know? is it worth it?
And even if they do it’s just for a while, the memories will fade, their life will go on and universe will keep on going.
In the end we all get forgotten

I stopped caring what people thought about me when I realized I don't spend that much time thinking about other people and other people probably don't spend that much time thinking about me.
melissa001 · 56-60, F
I would probably just have immediate family.

And what difference would it make??
assemblingaknob · 31-35, F
Hell na it ain't worth it blud you'd be disappointed 🫠 people move on pretty fast.
But how would you know if you were dead?😣
Lonelyandyb · 36-40, M
@Spoiledbrat I will be able to see my own body?
Maybe I am already dead?
