The strength to forgive is the greatest kind of courage.

In my own personal opinion though, your forgiveness is only meaningful and courageous when not everyone gets it.

@ABCDEF7 Always enjoy reading your thoughts, they make me think too hehe :D Although sometimes even when you forgive, some things never really stop hurting or influencing you in some way. And I guess that's okay and part of life too.

@kimmy159 Thanks :)

What I feel is that we all start with learning to forgive. So the depth we forgive differs from person to person with their experience & practice of forgiving. We are constantly learning to forgive at deeper levels with our new experiences. I hope, you might have also felt that.

When I was talking about the mindset to forgive. That mindset doesn't gets developed instantly. It takes you constant mental & emotional effort to overcome your default reactive mindset of not forgetting and hurting yourself with anger and frustration. Initially I also used to have pain and forgiving problems and it was a courageous exercise to forgive anyone, when I was in the process of developing that mindset.

Forgive, always. But never forget, lest you allow the same person back into your life...as I once did.

The strength to know life is a passing ephemera is courageous.

Equally courageous is the ability to cherish all equally as all will soon be gone and it just wont matter what happened

unless you cared enough to be conscious and aware of those lives too. U know?

I want less abusing therefore less "need" to "forgive". I've had puking enough of that already. I want more LOVE.
