Why do I feel so angry today?

Sometimes, you just need to thrash it out. I usually listen to metal and try to mosh it out of my system.

I'm sorry, i get that way. More often lately. I have found a punching bag and yelling out while I release that tension helps

Well, speaking entirely out of my own a$$, I can tell you that inexplicable anger is sometimes a symptom of depression. If it continues you might want to see about that.

I think that happens to everyone. Moods are not consistent things.

Thats happen sometime just take a couple deep breaths and power on through the day
