@helenS In this situation, I truly believe it was okay to say a name. What he said was childish and vile. I am sick of these pricks getting away with it.

Regardless while this may be in violation of TOS, I think the moral obligation to share such messages (in case others receive them, and get scared by them) outrules the TOS. And if SW doesn't agree, I'll gladly take my paying ass out the door..
