My memory is a stupid thing. I remember the lyrics to a song I danced to when I was 19. But not if I just locked my front door.🤯

I've noticed my memory starting to go. Sometimes I'm like did that actually happen, or was it a dream or a film?

And sometimes, I end up having a song ear worm I hum but not able to recall the lyrics and not realising I didn’t lock the front door. That’s got to be a red flag!

After leaving my debit card in a supermarket self service til i constantly check i have it before I leave
