At what point did you realise you were "old"

Did you accept the aging process year by year?

Or did it bite you in the bvtt?

I would be curious if the people who answer this are height weight proportionate. I have a funny feeling that can really impact the answers various people give. I am 5 foot 9 and 162 (ish) so that I don't offer that up and then dodge the question.
