My mom never gave me any good advice. She's an irresponsible person.
But I wish I would have listened to my dad when he warned me about how anxiety creeps up on you in our family. He said he was "normal" til he hit his 30s, then anxiety developed and basically stole his life away. The same happened to me on my 30s. 馃様
