Bolding and underlining are tools for separating and organizing thoughts. That's why they're there. But if you're going to play innocent on this then I'll leave you be. Arguing intent is always an exercise in futility.

I never mentioned any intent to reform the graphic and specifically I said I wasn't in the last post, but you seem to have it stuck in your head that my simple observation is some sort of crusade to edit it my way. #2 You brought the graphic into frame it that is your prerogative, then who am I to tell you not to TALK TO THE GOVERNMENT- who is responsible in its construction.
