I guess a few. Being physically acitve, physically fit in my 20's and 30's is leading an easier life in my late 50's.
being an animal lover as a male really helped me connect with women in my lifetime. I so was dumb when I was in my 20's and 30's that I use to try to screen womn to avoid dating if they didn't like animals not realizing that was almost none of them.
I sell SaaS solutions to a lot of blue collar companies and notice a lot them seem to have it easier both money wise and stress wise compared to me. Getting a trade out of high school may not be a bad play vs a degree?
A lot of people project--a whole lot of them. For example if someone is has trust issues they might be more apt to be dishonest themselves.

And learning what others don't know is can be absolutely huge, as you become needed as you can't be easily replaced by someone that's looking to replace everyone and pay people cheaper amounts.

i went to therapy for the first time about two weeks ago. my therapist let me finish telling them how i felt before suggesting that i should try and pour more into myself since i try so hard to do it for everything else but me
