Toot your own horn. What's something you did or doing that you're proud of yourself for? Or just happy about.

I worked hard this year getting into better shape and losing some weight.

Didn't realize until I had to switch recently to buying small and medium clothes.

Ive managed to stick to healthy eating despite everyone offering me cake and homemade slices at break.

Im still chubby but all the health conditions i was suffering, bar one, are gone.

The best part is, im not counting calories - im seeking nutrition. Ive finally got it stuck in my head that its about the way you feel, not how you look.

Congrats on losing the weight 💪

Nice choice of post,💚💜
Crossed a state and National Park off my bucket list

Youngest graduated college w zero debt, accepted to grad school/TA position to become a college professor. Both sons launched.

Great! Something to be proud of! I'm happy that I'm ready to teach a class and speak at two worship services tomorrow, officiate a funeral next Saturday, and deliver a eulogy the following Saturday. I like to do things ahead of time.

Likewise, B! Eating healthier and feeling better. Working hard to keep it going.
Awesome!

I wish I could. No matter what I do, I've been stuck at a set weight.
@MsSwan i almost gave up, then suddenly it just started happening
@Bexsy Wow! That's great.

Ditching alcohol and vaping, cutting back on sugar, and exercising regularly

I suppose “getting healthy”
@WaryWitchWandering excellent! That's a lot of accomplishment right there

This whole week I’ve let myself eat whatever I wanted without worrying about calories or such mostly because I have an appointment next week and I’m supposed to have gained a certain amount by then but still
Ive lost 7lbs in 2 weeks :).
@V00doo that's awesome, i iust wish you weren't so overworked
@Bexsy Haha me too. This year was meant to be easier 🫠

I’ve worked hard at school and written several books.

Only small? So you want them to be big on you?

Oh and I fixed my shed door all on my own.
@AngelaR80 nice work, man. My shed door needs fixed. Gets stuck half way sliding open
AngelaR80 · 41-45, F
@Bexsy the bottom hinge was hanging off. Needed a longer screw 😅
JackDaniels · 46-50, M
Kids department sold out in your area? Lol
JackDaniels · 46-50, M
@Bexsy kids shoes are as much as adult shoes.
@JackDaniels pretty much, but women's in my size
( 5 to 5.5) are too narrow in shoes that i like.

Kids for some reason on equivalent size, are wider, or just fit better
JackDaniels · 46-50, M
@Bexsy those are tiny feet
