Mental note: 🤔 Start using written notes.

I put post it notes on my refrigerator every morning of all the things I need to do. I even put one on my son's t-shirt LOL. Once I finish the task I throw the post-it note away when there's no more on the fridge I know I'm done.

😁 I thought i was smart for doing that.

Post it pads on just about every flat surface in the house along with accompanying writing implements.

🤔 And as I look around the house now...i have post-it notes stuck on just about every screen/mirror.....vertical flat surface in the house 🫤

My post-it pad is right in front of me, and I have a paper calendar. I don't trust my brain or my phone.
