How was your Near Death experience?

There was no light or tunnel in mine. No friends or pets or family members waiting for me.

It was dark and scary.

Edit..

I fell head first onto a concrete floor. Everything went into a point until it was nothing but black. And silence. Complete and utter isolation. Nothing but darkness.

I also. knew that it went forever with no way out.

I was always in the center on this infinite blackness.

It was immensely scary.

Edit 2

After what seemed like a long long time, I said...Come on man, I'm not that bad..Give me a break here.

Right there I woke up in the hospital.

After I found out I was going to have a baby, my friend Katie and I went to the beach to go swimming. I swam out too far and got caught in a rip tide. I didn't know back then how to swim out of it. I remember yelling help and a guy on a surfboard just glanced at me. I began to accept that I was drowning and felt peaceful, accepting it, ready to die. Then heard my friend yell I'm coming for you. She put her arm around my neck then swam us back. When we got back to the beach she said I was pale even tho I had a tan. Thanks to Katie, (who had just finished taking a life saving swimming course), saved both my daughter and I.

@Blondily kinda like me riding motorcycles.
Crashed it once. Never rode again.

@Infamous607 I guess we learn from mistakes we never want to repeat again.
I only got about fifteen feet away from my body, I could see myself laying on the ground with my friends around me trying to wake me up, then my big brother knelt down listened to my chest and said that his heart isn’t beating,, then he started beating on my chest, on his last stroke I opened my eyes and grabbed his wrist mid strike and said what are you doing??

As the observer in the air I was perfectly calm but curious about what was happening

@Telcontar
I think I would have been very scared.
@Infamous607
This episode was the result of alcohol poisoning, I had been drinking heavily all morning and then a friend came over with a bottle of grain alcohol, over 190 proof and I drank a lot of it in a short period of time..

I wish I had one. I'm a voracious consumer of NDE stories. I find them fascinating, very consoling and VERY inviting. I'm truly looking forward to making my transition into the non-physical realm. Today wouldn't be too soon.

While coding out, I had a dream that my family was chasing me trying to kill me. I imagine the violent dream was because I was receiving chest compression/CPR.

When I came to and and saw paramedics down the streps of our split level, I essentially sprung up from the floor and flung my whole body at them to try to get away from my parents [standing over me doing the CPR] screaming "they're trying to kill me!!!" [I didnt know wth was going on, last I remembered I was having an asthma attack in another room].

Naturally the EMTs assumed I was on drugs and wrestled me back to the ground at the bottom of the steps. Took me a few minutes to come to my senses.
Not mine, but my gran had a few before she passed. It was always her friends, until she did die, and she 'spoke' to my grandad.

@V00doo
I have also experienced that with my father.

Ive had several near death experiences. It always ends the same. . . In a hospital with no idea what happened. First head injury then car accident then got shot by a hunter (rifle) then got shot (stuck up for money, pistol) then brain tumor then car accident. A few more in between no tunnels no lights just hospitals surrounded by family.
exchrist · 36-40
@Infamous607 thst was my first and then most recent one.

@Infamous607 I wonder sometimes at least I’m with family

I had very vivid thoughts about my family, thoughts about things that have happened in my life and a weird sense of everything finally having meaning. I thought about what it's going to be like to finally be dead and then I dreaded that I never had a family of my own and now I never would. Then I thought Fck this really hurts my head is killing me I never should have drank that bottle and took them pills. Then I thought I better empty my stomach before I pass out and then I passed and woke up.

WhiteSapphire · 18-21, F
Is that something that actually happened to you, like you were a mine worker? Or just a story cause it def sounds terrifying
Infamous607 · 51-55, M
@WhiteSapphire
It happened.
reubles · 41-45, M
It was a trip...
It felt something like this video. It wasn't Minecraft related. Just the speed and beauty of it all...
Traveled through spaces I couldn't describe even if the words existed.

@reubles That's amazing.
Did that experience change you?
reubles · 41-45, M
@Infamous607 I think it did. I mean it must have, I think about that experience a handful times per year. This happened in 2018.
Infamous607 · 51-55, M
@reubles it must have. It sure changed me.
Thank you for sharing.
Mine was uneventful, no light or tunnel, no ancestors or lost loved ones, but not scary—just restful, like the deepest sleep I’d ever experienced.
@Infamous607 Mine made me a bit less afraid.
But my cousin Emile had an experience when he lost his mother that he says pretty much removed his fear of death.
Just as she slipped away, she called out to his father—who had passed some years earlier.
Emile said she sounded so happy.🥹

Even tho I was raised heavily into religion.
It's been many years since I broke up with it.
To where I consider myself an agnostic.
But the last couple years I've seen and experienced things that have made rethink my ideas. Know what I mean?
Infamous607 · 51-55, M
@bijouxbroussard
It would be nice if I were to go out like that.
Spinning in darkness
Infamous607 · 51-55, M
@Bexsy
Yeah. Similar to my experience.
Mine was different from yours.

Not black and not a sense of aloneness.
Infamous607 · 51-55, M
@SomeMichGuy
How was it for you
@Infamous607 I just DM'd you.
Zaphod42 · 51-55, M
It was dark, but not scary. Just a sense of pure contentment.
Infamous607 · 51-55, M
@Zaphod42 That's not bad.

Ferise1 · 46-50, M
Was there any pain?
Infamous607 · 51-55, M
@Ferise1
No.. I was first in n the Ambulance, then I was being worked on. But I didn't know any of that.
I was in that place.
Ferise1 · 46-50, M
@Infamous607 but if you were not conscious how did you know you were in that space?
Infamous607 · 51-55, M
@Ferise1
I don't know man.
I was driving a big piece of machinery. I fell from it. Hit my head. Went to that place, then came back in the hospital.
