If you already froze cooked homemade sausage rolls. Do you need to defrost them first before putting in the oven?

Or can you you just chuck em in the oven like store bought frozen sausage rolls? Or did I just answer my own question?

No. You only need to defrost raw meat for safety reasons. The bacteria is cooked off already on those rolls so you can just pop them straight into the oven
