No. You only need to defrost raw meat for safety reasons. The bacteria is cooked off already on those rolls so you can just pop them straight into the oven

If you set the oven too hot you will blacken the pastry before the sausage is heated..😷

Just put them in the oven lol. They don’t need to defrost. They’ll do that while cooking lol.
