1. Brush your teeth and use a non-alcoholic based mouthwash.
2. Floss at least 2 times per day... no exceptions.

@MarkPaul thank you! I don't like to floss because those solutions feel really chemical..I can understand the usage of course.
I am even using a toothpaste I make with coconut oil, mint essential oil and soda powder.
Some yogis do clean their tongues with a little stick.
I could do more teeth care you are right!:)
