Serious question. If a deer is eating my blueberry bushes, do i need a hunting license to defend my crops?

Im just saying this one f'ing deer keeps eating my crops? Can i kill it with a bow and arrow or a spear; im defending my livlihood from a trespasser.
Would i be required to have a hunters license legally?
