Hi guys, I'm here after three years.

Seven years after the first post, and things are almost the same.
I want to move to another place (country, region, I don't know) but I don't know where.
Love seems like a fairytale to me (I'm single since I was 14).
I have a few friends, and I don't know what it is to be best friend of somebody.
It's summer here and I´m stucked in my apartment (would like to be at the beach). I only go outside to visit my mom and to buy food.
Three years of theraphy, and the progress is too slow, if there's any progress..
What should I do?

Maybe find another therapist 🤷‍♂

I'll tell you a secret. Write down 25 places you would think are good. Cut them out and fold the papers and put them in a jar. Mix them up and ask God/Goddess/Universe/Spirit -depending on your beliefs - to point out to you the right place..put your hand in and get one out. There you GO.. and trust for once in God or Universe.

@being You did that to decide your SE Asia tour?

@ABCDEF7 not exactly but similarly. My first destination, Nepal, my no return ticket.. was chosen through a somewhat random process. I was just checking in which countries I could travel without a vaccine during Covid and Nepal was amongst few. Then second condition, cheapest ticket and a🛫

@being After how much time you are thinking to plan next tour?

Take some sailing courses and volunteer as crew on sail boats. So much fun and life happening every day. You are missing out. Have some fun in your life.

therapy for what?

Many around the world want to move to another place... World now needs a citizen exchange program ..

Well, you made a good start at asking this question. Somehow it's always slow at the beginning. It goes that way going up. Make more friends is an obvious piece of advice to give. Never mind that you really want the one person that will direct your life instead of yourself and such. Everything starts with oneself. Make new friends and then talk. A good conversation helps always. Take care!

If you can, go to beach. Thats where i want to be

I mean for starters, what are your therapy goals? Maybe there's a different direction to push in?
AnotherWeirdo · 41-45, M
@Glitter22 Makes sense... I'm also in therapy with some uneven progress so I get it. I haven't been in it quite as long though (a little over a year)

@AnotherWeirdo I think we should listen to Ferric67. 🙂‍↕

@Glitter22 It's entirely possible, yes! I really like mine but liking is not the same as really breaking things down.

can i ask what your main reason for therapy is? some thing progress faster than others, some things progress is insanely hard to see and quantify.
ABCDEF7 · M
If I am not sounding like an irritating question. What therapy you are going through?
Glitter22 · 31-35, F
@ABCDEF7 No, it's ok. CBT theraphy.
ABCDEF7 · M
@Glitter22 I don't know about the issues you are facing. I think, maybe, yoga and meditation can help.
