Anyone else sleepy all the time lately?

Not sleepy, just feeling blue...going to Hawaii next week.

I am and think it's the terrible cold weather and gloomy skies. ugh

There is actually a disease that does that to. It's the 2024 pandemic apparently.

Yeah, and covid is back to circling around again too.

I used to get tired a lot during the day but not anymore

yeah man I just sleep on an as needed basis

I took some zinc tablets a few days ago and now I am not tired 🤷

I have to keep on a regular sleep schedule, because of my diabetes, and it's getting harder because I start getting sleepy earlier.
