I've citrus this conversation somewhere else before. A single lemon battery can make just under a volt so you would need 5 of them (can all be on the same lemon) and you'd have to hack up a USB cable. Since few of us have pieces of copper and zinc, I suspect it's easier to carry a boost battery.
