I've citrus this conversation somewhere else before. A single lemon battery can make just under a volt so you would need 5 of them (can all be on the same lemon) and you'd have to hack up a USB cable. Since few of us have pieces of copper and zinc, I suspect it's easier to carry a boost battery.

The Ancient Egyptians did that so they could put gold on things. A primitive battery.

It's well known that with 2 electrodes a lemon will produce electricity.

With copper and zinc electrodes it works. High School science experiments.

there are some very odd /strange people in the world now and unfortunately i have to coexist with them.

The acid, reacting to the metal of the plug, created electricity, simple elementary physics, much like the potato clocks we made in grade school science.
